About the position

The Assistant Customer Service Manager at Super Saver is responsible for leading the front-end operations, including managing cashiers, courtesy clerks, and customer service supervisors. This role emphasizes excellent customer service while ensuring efficient register transactions and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front-End operations including cashiers and customer service staff.
  • Efficiently handle register transactions while providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage break times for the cashiering team.
  • Supervise independently and confidently, following directives from management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability for some weekend shifts.
