About the position

As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and sales of your department while leading and engaging your team. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and personal growth, allowing you to contribute to the company's growth and adapt to new challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly.
  • Lead and engage your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support team growth and recognize individual contributions.
  • Adapt and learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience leading others is required.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
  • History of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Efficient use of time and resources.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year or more of experience as a Baker (for Bakery department).
  • Knowledge of processing different cuts of meat and experience in a meat department (for Meat department).
