About the position

Meneses Law is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms and campaigns. The primary goal of this role is to enhance the brand's influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, particularly with social media paid strategies, and will possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing all aspects of advertising campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and ad campaign reporting.
• Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
• Overseeing the creation and maintenance of ad content for different social media platforms.
• Tracking digital marketing performance and creating reports.
• Planning, developing, and executing national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising and social media.
• Working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, and podcasts.
• Executing new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
• Performing other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, marketing, or a similar field.
• 2+ years' experience working in marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of analytical software.
• Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases.
• Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Nice-to-haves
