Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, or English.
• Three years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge and Social Tables.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Donor Relations in recognizing, acknowledging, stewarding, and engaging principal-level donors.
• Develop strategies and systems to ensure principal-level donors feel appreciated and connected to the organization.
• Plan and order materials and promotional items tailored to principal-level donors.
• Collaborate with the VP of Institutional Advancement to enhance stewardship and engagement of the President's EverGREEN Society members.
• Assist in developing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for principal donors.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate donor engagement across campus.
• Contribute to a cohesive approach to donor relations, enhancing the overall donor experience.
