About the position

The Assistant Director of Athletic Ticket Sales at Coastal Carolina University is responsible for executing ticket sales and retention campaigns for various athletic events. This role focuses on enhancing customer relationships, managing sales campaigns, and maximizing revenue through effective ticketing strategies. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the university's athletic schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of ticket sale and retention campaigns related to season tickets, group sales, mini plans, and single game tickets across all ticketed athletic events with focus on inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage targeted sales campaigns as assigned.
  • Assist with performing various ticket sales and services operations at athletic events as assigned.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with patrons.
  • Assist with the sourcing and cultivation of new business opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in ticket sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Paciolan and Salesforce platforms.
  • Experience in Intercollegiate Athletics ticketing.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with benefits.
  • Salary range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00.
