About the position

The Assistant Director of Back of House Operations at Chick-fil-A is responsible for overseeing inventory management and ensuring a clean and safe environment in the restaurant. This role involves leading and developing team members in the Back of House department while collaborating with the Back of House Director and other Assistant Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management for the entire restaurant.
  • Manage and operate a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and develop team members in the Back of House department.
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance.
  • Create and train a truck team for inventory management.
  • Develop team members and leaders through training and support.
  • Create and maintain a LEAN workplace.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including 30-35 hours in store operations and 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
