About the position

The Assistant Director of Creative Media for the TCU Football program is responsible for fulfilling the creative video and photographic needs of the program. This role involves filming, editing, and producing content to enhance the TCU football brand through social media and recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes and produces all creative video needs for the Football program including set-up, shooting, editing raw footage, and designing innovative motion graphics.
  • Assists in developing, creating, and executing weekly plans for team highlights, recruiting, and motivational videos.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Creative Media to develop and execute social media strategy and content plans.
  • Designs and creates recruiting and signing day video materials as requested by coaching staff.
  • Manages the football program's creative assets in collaboration with communications and digital departments.
  • Develops and manages the football program's digital brand for consistency in visual imagery and content tone.
  • Creates outlines and stories based on trending topics for promotional and recruiting video pieces.
  • Produces recruiting presentations for official and unofficial visits in collaboration with the recruiting coordinator and Associate AD for Football.
  • Ensures compliance with university standards in video and photography production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years of experience in college athletics in social media and/or graphic design.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
