The Assistant Director of Custodial Operations is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and clean operation of campus facilities. This role focuses on managing the custodial team, as well as overseeing contracted custodial services. The position reports to the Director of Maintenance & Custodial Operations and is accountable for maintaining housekeeping operations and implementing quality control standards across both internal and contracted teams. This position requires strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and a proactive approach to solving problems while fostering an inclusive environment.
