About the position

The Assistant Director of Digital Marketing: Automations is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing automation software and CRM systems to enhance student acquisition and engagement strategies. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective integration of automated solutions, driving data-driven decision-making, and achieving enrollment goals through targeted communication strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automated student acquisition communications strategy aligned with enrollment and business goals.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing automation software solutions, including campaign automation, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Oversee CRM automation projects, including workflow automation, process builder, and other automation tools.
  • Manage data and audience segmentation in CRM to ensure campaigns are targeted and relevant.
  • Write and optimize SQL statements and configure technical setups for personalized content and messaging.
  • Design, execute, and optimize automated campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and retention teams to develop personalized communication strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing automation managers and foster collaboration between departments.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance of lead nurturing automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in marketing automation and/or project management.
  • Experience with writing SQL and AMPscript languages.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology with 4+ years of experience in marketing automation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator).
