Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director of Dining Services with daily operations.
• Manage and lead a team of 56 full-time staff members.
• Work with culinary and operations teams to create nutritious food.
• Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Train and develop associates.
• Support financial goals and profitability in the assigned area.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or related food service operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Associate's degree preferred.
