About the position

The Assistant Director of Finance will oversee daily accounting operations for a large hotel complex in Las Vegas, Nevada, while supporting the Director of Finance. This role is pivotal in managing financial objectives, cash flow, and accounting operations, providing significant growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily accounting operations for a large hotel complex (Non Casino) and supporting the Director of Finance.
• Monitoring and control of hotel accounting operations, cash flow, AP/AR, budget, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist the Director of Finance in managing a large accounting team, including A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Purchasing.
• Analyze financial data and operations and advise Department Heads in maintaining the hotel's financial objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-service hotel accounting.
• Accounting or Finance degree preferred, but not required.
