Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Dining Services in leading quality dining programs.
• Ensure dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary food service operation.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality with a focus on food service or restaurant management.
• Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Service Manager certification.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in culinary food preparation or kitchen environment.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Exemplary computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
