The Assistant Director of Marketing & Client Acquisitions will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with client goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Act as an intermediary between executive staff, marketing director, and production team to ensure clear communication.
- Oversee the creation of various content and marketing materials, ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Analyze trends and consumer behavior to maximize the effectiveness of promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to enhance content quality.
- Coordinate social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Proactively seek out and generate new client leads to drive acquisitions and support company growth.
Requirements
- Preferably a degree and/or certification in branding & marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in branding & marketing, advertising, social media, and content creation.
- Willingness to learn multimedia production tools to work alongside the production team.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment while managing multiple projects.
