About The Position

The Assistant Director of Premium Food and Beverage Operations at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role emphasizes strong leadership, operational efficiency, and adherence to Levy's standards in hospitality management.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Understanding of financial concepts.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Operations in achieving annual sales and profits.
  • Ensure team accountability to service standards for great guest service.
  • Maintain show quality standards at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
  • Support and communicate company initiatives effectively.
  • Respond to and assist with departmental guest service issues.
  • Execute menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations.
  • Act as a liaison with operational teams to ensure efficient performance.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs in both FOH and BOH for every event.
  • Utilize applicable Levy systems accurately for operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies and practices.
  • Complete required daily reporting in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to Levy guidelines by team members.
  • Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members using performance management tools.
  • Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Conduct regular meetings to maintain open communication with team members.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to Levy guidelines.
  • Mentor department managers to enhance their skills and leadership abilities.
