• Lead promotional communications for large-scale internal events, including Employee Town Halls and Annual Meetings.
• Manage direct reports to ensure high-quality communications and support their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging around technology initiatives.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of communications initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic communications, preferably with a focus on employee communications and technology.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing internal communications strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with effective communication skills.
• Proven experience in engaging stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.
