About The Position
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Director, Recruitment (6240) in the HR/Business Services. This role involves managing activities related to the Recruitment Department to provide effective and efficient services while ensuring compliance with all Authority policies, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Assistant Director will supervise managers assigned to the department to support efficient and effective recruitment operations and assist with the creation and implementation of recruitment and branding strategies that align with Authority goals.
