The individual will handle student and parent inquiries and concerns, making appropriate referrals when necessary, and will meet with students and parents to assist in resolving housing-related issues. Proficiency in StarRez Housing Management Software is required, as the individual will be responsible for maintaining the housing portal, assignments data, billing records, reporting, room setups, inventories, and ensuring accurate data transfer between StarRez and other campus software platforms.
