As the Assistant Child Care Director at Primrose School of Shawnee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of young children. You will learn all essential functions for each position in the school, enabling you to support and inspire your team effectively. In the absence of the Director, you will manage the operation of the school, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist the Director in maximizing enrollment and implementing effective cost control measures. Your leadership will be crucial in inspiring team members and creating a school environment that motivates and engages both staff and students. Responsibilities

  • Manage the operation of the school in the Director's absence.
  • Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
  • Classroom experience in early childhood education.
