About The Position
This position is a Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) Prosecutor. It reports to the Cumberland County District Attorney and will work in Cumberland County exclusively. It is a high-level assistant district attorney position. This position is an employee of the Maine Office of the Attorney General but works under the direction of the Cumberland County DA. The SAKI Prosecutor will lead all SAKI-funded work in Cumberland County as well as serve as the project Site Coordinator.
