About The Position
The Assistant District Attorney coordinates with Law Enforcement Officers to determine whether probable cause exists. This role involves routine communication with agencies to provide guidance on probable cause, determining appropriate charges to file at Intake based on facts presented by Law Enforcement Officers, and handling all serious felonies except murder and capital murder charges.
