About The Position

The Assistant Education & Child Development Coordinator assists in plans for the development, coordination, and implementation of educational services to infants, toddlers, and preschool children. This role ensures that the education staff participates in necessary training related to assessment, curriculum, and best practice to serve the needs of children and families within the educational and home settings. The position complies with Head Start Performance Standards and regulations related to facility licensing, operation, and educational systems for day care and the provision of services for children with disabilities.
