About the position

The Events Manager at TPC Treviso Bay is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the successful planning and execution of all private and member events. This position requires a proactive approach to managing events from the initial contact through to the follow-up after the event. The Events Manager will be tasked with conducting pre-function meetings, creating detailed timelines, and developing creative themes that align with the event's purpose. This includes coordinating the set-up of events using floorplans and diagrams, ensuring that all information is communicated effectively through a well-structured Banquet Event Order (BEO). In addition to planning, the Events Manager will analyze each event to identify areas for improvement, thereby enhancing the overall experience for members and guests. A strong partnership with the Food & Beverage operations teams is essential, as the Events Manager will need to be present at all events to ensure that expectations are met or exceeded. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding club environment, where delivering high-quality results is paramount. The ideal candidate will bring energy and professionalism to the role, with a hands-on management style that emphasizes high standards. They should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and stay informed about the latest trends in Food & Beverage. Responsibilities
