About the position

CASA of Southwestern Illinois is seeking an individual for the position of Assistant Executive Director, who will play a crucial role in the administration and supervision of employees at a child advocacy center within a small nonprofit organization. This position requires a strong combination of administrative skills and management experience, as the Assistant Executive Director will work closely with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations and manage agency personnel. The Assistant Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring that the organization meets its operational goals while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
