About the position

The Assistant Executive Hospital Director, Support Services at Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse is responsible for the overall site management of the facility. This role involves coordinating all on-site support services, ensuring compliance with licensure and accreditation standards, and acting as the safety officer for the site. The incumbent will serve as the primary contact for all facility-related issues and will collaborate with various managers and directors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site support services for the tenants and clinical operations of the main facility and surrounding properties.
• Serve as the safety officer for the Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse site.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation standards for the buildings.
• Act as the single point of contact for all facility issues.
• Collaborate with HUP and PAH managers and directors in performing their duties.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration (Required)
• 5-7 years of hospital operations experience (Preferred)
• Advanced degree (Preferred)
