Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in the housekeeping and laundry areas of the hotel.
  • Maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction.
  • Ensure high levels of quality are maintained in all areas including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, and department storage areas.
  • Lead the Housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
  • Oversee the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
  • Knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
  • General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
  • Ability to lead the Housekeeping team effectively.
