We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team, starting at a competitive pay of $18 per hour. This position is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will work under the general supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, assisting with various functions in the housekeeping and laundry areas of the hotel. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our guests experience exceptional service and satisfaction during their stay. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and department storage areas. You will uphold the Drury standard of integrity, service, and hospitality, ensuring that both guests and team members feel valued and respected. Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with various functions in the housekeeping and laundry areas of the hotel.
• Maintain exceptional service levels through guest and team member satisfaction.
• Ensure high levels of quality are maintained in all areas including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting space, and department storage areas.
• Uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times with team members, customers, and co-workers.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
• Knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
• Ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
