About the position

As an Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President (EVP) at T-Mobile, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership through advanced-level administrative work that is complex in nature. This position requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality, as you will be responsible for managing sensitive information and communications on behalf of the EVP. Your work will involve a variety of tasks, including planning, coordinating, organizing, and producing work that requires independent judgment and initiative. You will often be called upon to interpret and communicate the executive's intent to other managers, making your role pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the organization. In this role, you will execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks, which will involve analyzing problems, determining the best approach, compiling and analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations. You will manage the executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently. Additionally, you will coordinate activities between various departments and outside parties, acting as a liaison to gather information on behalf of the executive. Your ability to assess situations and apply sound judgment will be essential, as you may need to communicate on behalf of the executive using the most appropriate method for each circumstance. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in supporting executive leaders, and it offers an opportunity to work under minimal supervision on complex projects while assisting less experienced peers. Your contributions will be vital in helping the EVP achieve their goals and drive the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced-level administrative work of complex nature for the EVP.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience supporting executive leaders.
  • Experience with OrgPlus.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
