Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Facilities Manager and Facilities Manager to understand goals and objectives for building operations.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to lead and influence others, advocating for sound financial decisions.
  • Anticipate and respond to client needs, transforming problems into opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage third-party vendor performance for service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues at the account level.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Support the establishment of realistic goals for site operations and performance.
  • Develop and implement programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Manage the implementation of customer experience-focused services.
  • Develop and implement a customer experience training plan.
  • Achieve and exceed performance, budget, and team goals.
  • Establish and maintain management guidelines in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Support financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Encourage mutual trust and cooperation among team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence others effectively.
  • Experience in managing vendor performance.
  • Knowledge of financial decision-making in facility operations.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in operations.
