About the position

This onsite role at JLL focuses on supporting all aspects of building operations at One Madison Avenue, New York, with an emphasis on enhancing occupant experience and client satisfaction. The position involves overseeing integrated facilities management services and ensuring superior client service while fostering personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Facilities Manager and Client to understand goals and objectives for building operations.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to lead and influence others, advocating for sound financial decisions.
  • Anticipate and respond to client needs, transforming problems into opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage 3rd party vendor performance for service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues at the account level.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
  • Support the establishment of realistic goals for site operations and performance.
  • Develop and implement programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
  • Manage the operational implementation of customer experience services.
  • Develop a customer experience training plan for exceptional service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed performance, budget, and team goals.
  • Maintain management guidelines in accordance with client service agreements.
  • Achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
  • Foster mutual trust and cooperation among team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Experience in vendor management and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer experience programs.
  • Familiarity with integrated facilities management services.
  • Background in commercial real estate or property management.
