As an Assistant Facility Manager in Milwaukee, WI, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Account Director in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property. This includes customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. You will develop client relationships with key representatives to support the client's operation and maintenance objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain client satisfaction with the delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee the CMMS system to meet internal and client objectives, manage the work order process, and ensure data continuity. You will also handle purchase orders throughout their lifecycle, including invoice management, and maintain a technical library. Vendor management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring vendors are badged, helping to set up new vendors, scheduling, and report acquisition. You will meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly. Additionally, you will assist with project management, supply ordering, and product searches while supporting compliance with JLL's minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures. You will enforce all company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices, implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, and ensure compliance with GSA standards and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards. Strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team will be essential, as you will drive the development and implementation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) best practices and innovations. You will also be expected to perform any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Director in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property.

  • Support compliance with JLL minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider, or as a consultant.
  • Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment to achieve JLL and client objectives.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
