As the Assistant Financial Controller at Mogul Motion Hospitality, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our diverse portfolio. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will assist in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring financial health and strategic growth across all hospitality venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to provide insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor costs and expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with finance team members and department heads to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
