Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations primarily focused on memberships and personal training opportunities.
• Conduct external marketing to attract new members.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their sales skills and performance.
• Monitor and understand key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and staff productivity.
• Manage day-to-day production of staff to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Ability to conduct cold calling and B2B marketing effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance member experience.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
