The Assistant Fleet Manager at FirstFleet Inc. is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and tracking of drivers and freight within the Fountain, CO facility. Responsibilities
- Tracking and scheduling of drivers and freight.
- Scheduling of dispatch group.
- Customer communications.
- Billing and payroll processing.
- Email communication.
- Telephone communication.
- Monitoring hours of service.
- Monitoring inbound paperwork.
- Backhaul tracking and customer communications.
Requirements
- Experience with TMW preferred but not required.
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with TMW system knowledge preferred, but not required.
