Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising food and beverage daily operations.

• Coordinate cleaning programs in all F&B areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage guest relations.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage or related area, or a 2-year degree in a related field with 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure compliance with policies.
