The role involves managing staff, overseeing operations, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising daily food and beverage operations.
• Ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
• Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program.
• Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs.
• Encourages mutual trust and cooperation among team members.
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize work.
• Communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up for understanding.
• Coordinates cleaning programs in all food and beverage areas.
• Provides exceptional customer service and manages guest relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years of experience in food and beverage or related area, or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management or related field with 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of brand-specific service culture and operational standards.
