About the position

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurant and bar services, including the dining room, in-room dining, and patio bar. This role involves managing staff recruitment, training, and ensuring service standards are met, while also executing specialized tasks as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

Requirements
