The Assistant Food Manager at Kwik Trip is responsible for overseeing the food program, ensuring high-quality customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves food preparation, task delegation, training coworkers, and resolving customer complaints while maintaining a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare foods and manage the food program.
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Set an example for excellent customer service.
- Ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals.
- Assist with merchandising efforts.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
Requirements

- 6 months of food experience including customer service and food preparation.

- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift.
