The Assistant Food Service Manager at Kwik Trip is responsible for overseeing the food program, ensuring high-quality customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves food preparation, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the store. Responsibilities
- Prepare foods and manage food program operations.
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Set an example for excellent customer service.
- Assist with merchandising and achieving daily goals.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
Requirements
- Great people skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to shift priorities quickly.
- Desire to help others and maintain a clean store.
- 6 months of food experience including customer service and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for 8-10 hours per day.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift.
