About the position

The Assistant Front Office Manager at The Fountains Resort is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services. This role involves managing a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating activities between departments. The position requires a strong focus on guest recovery and staff development, with a schedule that includes evening shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the front desk and reservations.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and escalations for guest recovery.
  • Coach, develop, and schedule a highly engaged Guest Services Team.
  • Prepare daily reports as requested and cover shifts at the Front Desk as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Desk experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lead a staff of 20+ associates.
  • Knowledge of Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
