Responsibilities

• Build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
• Ensure extraordinary guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Lead, manage, and develop the café team, including hiring and training new members.
• Assist the General Manager in supervising café staff and managing overall operations.
• Plan and manage staffing needs and shift scheduling.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a healthy workplace.
• Grow sales and maximize profitability through effective management of costs and inventory.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to health and food safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
• At least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance.
