Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events such as banquets.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly in fine dining or casual dining settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff professionally.
• Experience in interviewing candidates and managing employee performance.
• Knowledge of bar operations and banquet management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
