Responsibilities

• Maintain a weekend rolling average above 80% for club performance.
• Consistently write strong personal commissions.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan to drive tours and sell memberships.
• Assist in hiring and developing Senior Sales Consultants (Sr.SC).
• Train and support sales staff to achieve commission thresholds.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team and club members to reach their objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and writing skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
