Let's Pickle is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team at Lincoln's premier indoor pickleball restaurant. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service and food quality while fostering a fun and engaging atmosphere for our guests. The AGM will be responsible for overseeing staff accountability and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of service.
• Manage and train staff to maintain quality and accountability.
• Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
• Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in full-service restaurant management.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
