About the position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager (GM) in ensuring the performance and compliance of the team. This position involves overseeing various operations including Food and Beverage, Rooms, and Accounting, and typically requires working PM shifts and weekends when the GM is not present.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and management of the hotel.
  • Oversee Food and Beverage operations to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage Rooms and Accounting departments to maintain performance standards.
  • Ensure team performance aligns with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in hospitality (preferred).
  • 1 year of hotel management experience (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficient typing skills.
