About the position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Crumbl Cookies is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer service. This entry-level management position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate and develop team members while maintaining operational performance. The AGM will also handle training, scheduling, and inventory management, contributing to a positive work environment and effective store management.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for new Team Members, ensuring all associates receive basic skills training.
  • Motivates Team Members to maintain high customer service scores through creative and consistent support.
  • Provides coaching and encouragement necessary to achieve business goals.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and back-of-house facilities.
  • Ensures all equipment is cleaned and maintained appropriately, following safety and security procedures.
  • Prepares daily orders and ensures supplies are in stock, assisting with ordering when necessary.
  • Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures all shifts are covered.

Requirements

  • 1 year of job-related experience in low volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or related supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation, and issue resolution skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves
