About The Position

Requirements

• 1 year of management experience (preferred)
• 1 year of fitness industry experience (preferred)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (required)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through new member enrollments and retention of existing members.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop future managers for the club.
• Perform marketing efforts to attract potential new members.
• Call, text, and email potential members daily to generate interest.
• Market through social media platforms and Google to increase business.
• Distribute guest passes to encourage visits to the club.
• Conduct tours for guests to showcase the facilities.
• Assess individual needs of guests to tailor offerings.
• Sell memberships, personal training, and other club amenities.
• Assist in cleaning the club to maintain a safe environment for staff and members.
