About the position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a crucial role in the hotel management team, collaborating closely with the Hotel General Manager to lead and inspire team members. This position is designed for individuals with a strong background in hotel management who are eager to advance their careers in the hospitality industry. The AGM will oversee various operational aspects, including sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management, while ensuring exceptional service delivery and financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Hotel General Manager to lead the hotel team.
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service.
  • Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and understand dynamic revenue management.
  • Recruit and hire talent to ensure the best guest experience while adhering to staffing and budget guidelines.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

  • 2 years of hotel management experience required.
  • 3 years of overall hotel experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Hilton OnQ system.
