Responsibilities

  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
  • Needs admin (scheduling, ordering, etc.) and marketing experience.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
