You will support the execution of performance goals and developmental plans for the store team, ensuring that all strategies and processes are customer-centric. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a team of managers and employees, while also being accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback. You will own your assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity. As a leader, you will perform Service Leader duties, ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures, and represent the brand while understanding the competitive retail landscape. You will promote community involvement and leverage an omni-channel approach to deliver a seamless customer experience.
