About the position

The Assistant General Manager at CycleBar Lone Tree, CO, is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, driving membership sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time role offers the opportunity for career growth in the fitness industry and involves managing staff, budgets, and marketing initiatives while ensuring a positive experience for members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Drive membership sales through community outreach, lead generation, and membership promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and budget for the studio.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio.
  • CPR and AED certification preferred (training available).
